Scott Barsotti

Chairman, CEO

Scott acquired Bergandi Machinery in August 2001, revitalizing its position as a leading manufacturer in the wire industry. Under Scott’s leadership, Bergandi has become a global leader in machinery design and manufacturing, serving over 65 countries across six continents. Scott has cultivated strong relationships with domestic and international companies in the wire industry. His mission is to drive technological advancements in the product line, aiming to enhance production capacity and reduce customers’ operating costs.

Joe Penrod

VP of Sales and Marketing

With 20 years in the building products industry, starting in rebar and agricultural metals at Georgia Pacific and most recently leading Product Management and Marketing at Alta Forest Products, the world’s largest producer of western red cedar fencing, Joe is eager to bring his experience to Bergandi and contribute to our success as the worldwide leaders in wire machinery

Gary Costanzo

Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer

Gary oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, as well as financial, accounting and insurance related matters. With over thirty-two years of experience in a production environment and his background also comprises working overseas on international assignments.

William Rodriguez

Sales Manager / IT

William provides sales and technical support for the sales department and is a primary contact for customer inquiries. He has worked at Bergandi Machinery since 1990, has historical knowledge of different systems, and has a strong background in electrical engineering. William’s strengths are also found in both training and equipment installation.
